July is upon us, which can only mean one things! Independence Day is coming! The day of happiness and fun and freedom and to get us feeling extra patriotic, we have created this super simple makeup look which you can create with your gorgeous new Bella&Bear 'The Cats Eyes' 5 piece eye brush set!

We have started by priming the eyes, this will make eyeshadows last much longer and appear more vibrant. Our favourite primer is the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Priming Potion - we dabbed this all over the lid with our finger.

We then went in with a matte base shadow, we used 'Foxy ' from the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette, and we used our 'Pampas Cat' brush to sweep this all over the lid and right up to the brow bone!

We followed this by using our 'Leopard Cat' brush to apply a small amount of 'Tease' from the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette to the crease to create subtle definition in the eye.

To start the design we took our 'Iberian Lynx' brush and used the slanted end to apply some white pencil liner to the inner third of the eyelid. We love this brush as it is small and sturdy, so you get great control and precision when using it!

We then used the same brush ( or your could use your Bella&Bear ' ' eyeliner brush - found in 'The Kitten' 15 piece professional make up brush set) and the Maybelline color tattoo eye shadow in 'Turquoise forever' to liner the middle third of the eye.

To complete this we used the Model Co. Blue Eyeliner pencil and used our 'Iberian Lynx' brush to apply it the outer third of the eyelid - and creating a soft wing.

To make the liner the real center of attention, we are skipping falsies and instead we are curing our lashes with our Bella&Bear 'Eye&Mighty' lash curler and adding 2 layers of the Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde Mascara!

To add in the radiant red we are filling in our lips with the KIKO cosmetics 3D Instant volume lipgloss in 'Fire Red' and our 'Rusty spotted cat' lip brush!

We also added an American flag bandanna to our hair for some extra patriotism!
