Bella & Bear — Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We want you to love Bella & Bear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made at bellaandbear.com.

Return window & eligibility

  • 60-day returns: You may return unopened and unused items within 60 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging with seals intact. For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept opened or used cosmetic products unless defective (see below).
  • Bundles & sets: Gift sets or bundles must be returned in full, unopened.
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Downloadable or digital products (if ever offered)

Damaged/defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please email support@bellaandbear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@bellaandbear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and, if approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. Pack items securely. Include your RMA and use the provided label (if applicable) or your own trackable shipping method.

Refunds, processing times & exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days from approval for the refund to post (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for the same item, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
  • Store credit: Where appropriate, we can issue a gift card/store credit instead of a refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Our error/defective items: We cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Gifts & gift returns

If you received an item as a gift shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

International orders

For returns from outside the United States, duties and taxes are not refundable by Bella & Bear. Check with your local customs office about potential refunds of import fees.
