Where We Ship

We currently ship domestically within the 48 contiguous United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) upon request.

At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Processing time: Orders are typically picked and packed within 2 business days of payment. Please allow up to 4 business days before contacting us if you haven’t received your tracking email.
  • Transit time: Once shipped, most packages arrive within 4–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier service levels.
  • Carriers: We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe, trackable delivery.
  • Order tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order leaves our facility. You can follow your package directly from that email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or volume-related delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier options available for your location.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier but typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders ship the next business day. However, processing time depends on product availability and does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery time is measured from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed.
