We ship domestically to all 48 contiguous states within the U.S.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

We aim to pick and pack your order in 2 business days however please allow 4 business days before contacting us if you haven't received your tracking. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 4–5 business days.

Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day. However, processing time varies depending on the availability of our products and does not include weekends or holidays.

For shipping to non-contiguous states of Alaska, Hawaii and all offshore United States territories and possessions (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) please request a shipping quote at support@bellaandbear.com

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight. You can choose different shipping options based on your location.

RETURN POLICY

FOR Bella & Bear RETURNS, PLEASE Email OUR CONSUMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT support@bellaandbear.com.

We guarantee total customer satisfaction with the items that you purchase on the Bella & Bear wholesale website. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that you are unsatisfied with.

You may return merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of the original shipping date.

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item. Please use standard ground delivery when returning items. Reimbursement will only be made at this rate.

Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
