We get it. Some mornings you're just not feeling your makeup routine. You'd rather have that extra half an hour in bed. Or perhaps you're trying to give your skin a break and let it refresh and renew. Well ... we're here to save you! Today we are sharing our 10 minute fresh faced makeup routine. Minimal products. Minimal effort. Minimal time.

We start with a generous helping of a rich moisturiser and apply it all over the face and neck. This will make the skin soft, supple and younger looking. We love the Liz Earle Skin Repair moisturiser.

To follow we are applying a light shimmer to the skin to give it a healthy glow. You could choose a moisturiser with glow particles like the Superdrug Naturally Radiant Radiance Balm. We have opted for the Gerard Cosmetics BB+ Illumination Creme and we are blending it into the face with our Bella&Bear Lynx Kabuki brush.

Next, we want to give the skin a wide awake look, so we are applying a small amount of concealer under our eyes and over any blemishes and we are blending it into the skin with our Bella&Bear Ocelot Large Concealer brush. A great concealer for this is the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer.

Now, lets get those eyes poppin' with a generous swipe of mascara. We're starting by curling our lashes for ultimate lift with our Bella&Bear Eye&Mighty lash curler and following with the Essence Princess Lash False Lash effect mascara for sky high length.

Let's quickly tame those brows to frame the face. Start by brushing through them to get any strays in line. We're using the spoolie end of our Bella&Bear Iberian Lynx brow brush. We're then lightly filling in the brows with the brush end to define them.

You can add some brow gel if you want to, to ensure that they stay in place all day.

To add a little shimmer to the face we are going to apply a light shimmer of highlight. We have chosen a pink, golden highlight to also add a little colour to the cheeks. We're using IHeartMakeup Blushing heart in Iced Hearts and our Bella&Bear Cheetah Duo Fiber Powder brush and dusting it over the cheekbones, the brow bones, the cupids bow, and the tip of the nose.

Finish your look by applying a lipbalm, to keep your lips soft and hydrated. We love the EOS Strawberry Sorbet lipbalm!
