Bella & Bear — SMS Terms of Service

This SMS Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the SMS messaging program (“Program”) offered by Bella & Bear (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Bella & Bear, which may include:

  • Promotional messages and special offers
  • Transactional updates, including order confirmations, shipping alerts, and cart reminders
  • Customer support communications, where applicable

Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology via short code or toll-free number. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and preferences.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. How to Opt In

You can subscribe to our SMS Program by providing your mobile number through:

  • Checkout pages
  • Pop-up or embedded sign-up forms
  • Other digital opt-in methods that clearly disclose these terms

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent to participate.

3. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies by user and depends on your interactions with us (e.g., cart reminders, purchase activity, or promotional periods).

Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier for text messaging or data usage.

4. Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation text that you’ve been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us directly at support@bellaandbear.com.

We will process all opt-out and support requests promptly, as required by applicable law.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We use third-party partners such as Klaviyo to deliver and manage SMS messages. Your mobile number, opt-in status, and engagement data (e.g., message opens, clicks, and unsubscribes) may be processed to provide messaging services and measure program effectiveness.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and valid mobile contact information.
  • Notify us immediately if your number changes or is reassigned.
  • Do not use the Program for unlawful purposes or to send unauthorized messages.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may vary depending on location, carrier network, and mobile device compatibility.

8. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program or this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella & Bear and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your participation in the SMS Program, including but not limited to delayed, lost, or misdirected messages.
