Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell and fulfill our products.

5) Pricing, taxes & availability

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may limit or cancel orders, including those suspected to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware for any disputes arising under these Terms.

20) Dispute resolution (optional but recommended)

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally with us within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for small-claims matters or injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. Class actions are not permitted.
