Cute Fall Date Look

Its the time of year to pull on a cosy sweater, grab your fave coffee and go on a scenic date with your loved ones - be that your partner, you sister or your BFF, there really is no better time to go on a beautiful walk than Fall, a stroll through a park with the changing leaves is good for the soul, and if you're not sure what look to go for, we've got you covered!

As always, we start by priming the skin. This will create an even base for your makeup and give you subtle radiance. We applied the Jelly Pong Pong All Over Glow with our Bella&Bear Jaguar Kabuki Brush - blending it all over the face for a beautiful shimmer.

Next we went in with our foundation. Bear in mind that your skin can be lighter at this time of year, so be sure to colour match before you apply. We took some ELF Flawless Finish Foundation and our Bella&Bear Jaguar Kabuki and we worked the foundation over the skin in outward and downward motions for a flawless, streak free finish. Make sure to lightly blend down to your neck too, to avoid 'tide lines' around the jaw.

Now, we are going to make sure our skin is bright by applying our concealer. We're using the Essence Stay All Day Concealer, generously applying it to the area below the eyes, the chin and the forehead. We blended the concealer into our foundation with with our Bella&Bear Ocelot Concealer Brush, brushing downwards and then allowing it to settle.

We want a dewy skin for this look, so we are choosing to just apply our translucent powder to the concealed areas, but if you prefer a matte look then you can go ahead and dust the whole face. We use the ELF HD powder in translucent and dusted it onto the skin with our Bella&Bear 'Leopard' powder brush.

Lets create some captivating eyes. We start by priming to even out the skin tone on the eyelid, create a smooth base and to make our shadows really vibrant. We gently patted some Benefit Stay Don't Stray Primer onto the lid and up to the brow bone with our ring finger.

Then, taking our Bella&Bear Jaguarundy brush and a matte cream shadow (we're using 'First Love' from the Zoeva Naturally Yours palette), we are dusting the lid and up to the brow bone.

For our transition shade we are using a soft matte brown - we used 'Soft&Sexy' from the same Zoeva palette - and we are applying it to the crease of the lid with our Bella&Bear Bornean Bay Cat brush. A good way to find the crease of the eye is to look down onto your mirror when your applying your shadow. Applying a transition shade means that there wont be a harsh line between the shadow on the lid and 'naked' brow bone area, it will all be nicely blended and softer.

For our colour we are, of course, choosing a shimmery fall red. We took shade 'Aphrodite' from the BH Cosmetics Galaxy Chic palette and we firmly pressed it onto the lid with our Bella&Bear Iromote brush (pssst, you could also use your Bella&Bear Golden Cat Small Concealer Brush). You can keep building the colour up to the intensity you prefer.

We then topped the red with a pure gold shimmer shadow - we used 'Sun' from the same BH palette.

You can then go back in with that transition shade and blend everything together for that soft focus finish.

To really add to that fall vibe we are going in with a matte mustard shadow. we used our Bella&Bear 'Leopard Cat' pencil brush to apply the shadow along the lower lash line, meeting it up with the red shadow on the outer corner of the eye. Again, you can repeat this until you have the colour as strong as you prefer.

Lets line the eyes for some killer definition. Taking our Bella&Bear Caracl eyeliner brush and some Essence Cushion Liner we drew a long thin line along the upper lash line adding to it a little at a time to create the wing we want!

Once you've allowed your liner some time to dry you can go in with a coat of mascara. We are loving the Essence 'Volume Stylist' mascara for long fanned out lashes. You can build your coats up until your lashes are styled as you like.

If, like us, you want to add a little extra something to the eyes then you might want to apply some false lashes. We used our Bella&Bear Angled Tweezers to apply the falsies as close to the natural lash line as possible to make them undetectable. We love the Ardell Demi Wispies lashes for a light yet noticeable finish.

Lets frame those gorgeous eyes with some on fleek brows. To start we are using the spoolie end of our Bella&Bear Iberian Lynx brow brush and we are grooming and shaping the brows.

We are then taking the brush end and some Freedom makeup brow pomade and we are defining and filling in the brows to make them look more structured and to suit the face. You can then go in with the spoolie end again to remove any excess product and for a more natural finish.

Even though we don't usually have a tan this time of year we do want to add a little bronzer to the face to make it look healthy and glowing. We're using the Benefit Hoola matte bronzer and we're gently dusting the hollows of the cheeks and the temples with our Bella&Bear Bobcat Angled Blush brush.

For a delicate flush of colour and highlight to the skin we are going to apply some Bourjois Little Pot of Blush in 'Healthy Mix' to the apples of the cheeks and the brow bones using our Bella&Bear Cheetah Duo Fiber Powder brush. This little pot has a soft rose finish with micro fine golden sparkle for a beautiful glow.

Of course the only way to pull any Autumn look together is with a perfect berry pout so we are using our Bella&Bear Rusty Spotted Cat Lip Brush to apply some of Primark's metallic lip crayon in Dark Berry. Using our brush will ensure a clean, even and precise finish!

To keep everything in place come rain or shine be sure to set it with a spray! We spritzed the face generously with the Makeup Revolution Oil Control Fixing Spray in a cross motion over the face.

We finished by pulling our hair down, and brushing it through with our fave brush - the Bella&Bear The Bear Paddle Brush, letting it flow loosely, and topping it off with a cute berry beret (we found ours here for a bargain price!)
