Besame launches Mermaid Lagoon Collection
At a time of year when festive collections are a dime a dozen (not that we're complaining), its always good to see a little variety. Besame cosmetics are known for their true-vintage shades and retro chic packaging, but this year they've been more than just that with hot launch after hot launch; snow white, Agent Carter and Infinity War to name a few. And now, they're at it again with the upcoming launch of their enchanting Disney's peter pan Mermaid Lagoon 1953 collection.
The new collection is of course based on the 1953 Disney classic Peter Pan, and that infamous Mermaid Lagoon scene, filled with dreamy fishtails, pastel tones and alllll of that hair!
In the collection you'll find 7 new pieces from lipsticks to the most adorable seashell compacts, and best of all each shade in the collection takes inspiration from actual paint colours used when animating cells in the film.
Check out the darling little seashell compacts; Golden Sand bronzer ($35), and Pearl shimmer shell setting powder ($38). Both endlessly adorable and even featuring a seashell shaped mirror within.
There's also the gorgeous 'Treasures of the Lagoon' eye shadow Palette ($48). A beautiful pink shell motif-ed with mermaids and other under-water beauties housing 8 Disney-esque shades like a pastel yellow and even the exact red shade of Ariel's hair. Eek!
There are also 3 brand new lipsticks ($24 each) each presented in a pink and golden bullet pattered with starfish and seashells;

And lastly, you'll discover 'Waterfall mist' - an all new fragrance ($48) presented in the most perfect mermaid bottle. The scent brings together notes of lemon mint, violet rose and green floral - magical!
The collection will launch exclusively on November 3rd at Disneylands Dapper day and 2 days later on November 5th through the besamecosmetics website!
