Bright spark firework look

The night sky lights up with glistening fireworks and the smell of sweet treats fills the air .. bonfire night is here! We've created this dazzling look which you can wear to all of your firework night celebrations!

We are going to start this look by working on the eyes, as the makeup is going to be quite dramatic, so we don't want any fallout going onto your base! We first primed the eyes with some TooFaced Shadow insurance to lock our shadows in place and to make the colours pop! We worked this all over the lid and up to the brow bone with our ring finger.

Then, taking a matte, lilac purple shadow we used our Bella&Bear Sand Cat brush to work it all over the lid, right up to the crease. We love the BH Cosmetics Eyes on the 60s palette for this look!

Next, we used our Bella&Bear Bornean Bay Cat brush to work a matte aubergine shadow into the crease of the eye, working with a windscreen wiper motion for an even application.

To deepen the eyes we then took a matte black shadow and our Bella&Bear Leopard Cat Brush and we worked this into the outer corner of the eye in a V shape.

Lets really play on the sparkle of the season. We are going to apply some glitter fix (or lash glue) to the lid of the eye very carefully, and we are then using our Bella&Bear Iromote brush to press some purple glitter on top of that glue. Your Bella&Bear Golden Cat small concealer brush is also great for this.

Now, lets work on the lower part of the eye. Taking that same aubergine shadow and our Bella&Bear Marbled Cat brush we are going to apply it to the outer half of the lower lash line, you can build the colour up as much as you'd like.

We then used the same brush to apply a poppin' blue shadow to the remaining area of the lower lash line. Just be sure to give your brush a quick clean off with a daily cleaning spray first!

Next, its time to define the eyes. Taking a black liner product (we love the Essence Cushion Liner) and our Bella&Bear Serval angled liner brush, we are creating a long wing all along the upper lash line and right into the inner corner, we love to add a big wing but you can do whichever design you prefer.

And, of course no eye look would be complete without a set of gorgeous lashes. So, to start we took our Bella&Bear Eye&Mighty Lash Curler and we curled the lashes for 20 seconds on each eye.

We then went in with a coat of our fave mascara (we used Better Than Sex by TooFaced), and you can build this up until you're happy with the effect.

If, like us, you wanna really kick things up then now is the time to go in with a set of falsies. We took the Ardell Demi Wispies lashes and we applied them as close to the lash line as possible with our Bella&Bear Angled tweezers, allowing them time to try and covering up the band with a little more liner if necessary.

Let's move on to those brows. We are using our Bella&Bear Iberian lynx brow brush and taking the spoolie end we are brushing through the brows to tame the hairs and roughly shape them. Next, taking the brush end and some ABH Dipbrow pomade we are filling in and defining them!

You can then take the spoolie end again and brush through the brows just to disperse of any excess product that may be stuck between the hairs.

Now, using our concealer and our Bella&Bear Golden Cat Small Concealer Brush we are going to 'carve out' the brows - simply outline them with the concealer and then blend it out with your brush for a smooth and defined look! We love the Essence Camouflage concealer for this.

Now, its time to create a smooth skin! We are first goin

g in with a primer to create an even and clean base - we love using the ' ' primer for this, its great for the colder months.

Next, taking a full coverage foundation, such as the MakeUp Forever HD Foundation, and our famous Bella&Bear Jaguar kabuki we are working it onto the skin with smooth outward motions for a streak free finish.

To combat any problem areas on the skin we are going to go in with a concealer. Taking the same Essence Camouflage concealer and our Bella&Bear Ocelot concealer brush we are blending the concealer into our foundation - we applied it over dark circles under the eyes and over any blemishes.

We prefer a dewy finish for this look so we are going to apply a setting powder only to the areas we concealed to lock them in place. We took some Essence Go Matte powder and dusted it over the concealed areas with our Bella&Bear Leopard brush. If you prefer a matte finish or have an oily skin, though, then you could dust the whole face here.

We are also spritzing the face with a setting spray here to keep everything in place. Our fave is the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.

Lets add a little colour to the face with a bronzer. Taking a matte bronzer, such as the ELF Bronze quad, and our new Bella&Bear Bobcat Brush we lightly dusted the hollows of the cheeks, the temples and the jawlines. This will give the face a healthy flush of colour on those brisk evenings.

We've glitzed up the eyes but how about the skin?! We're going to go in with a white or champagne highlight and with our Bella&Bear Jungle Cat brush and we are going to liberally apply it to the high points of the face; the cheekbones, the tip of the nose, the cupids bow and the brow bones, we also applied it to the inner corners of the eye. Gorgeous!

How about the lips? You cant have a strong eye without a punch-packing lip! Taking our Bella&Bear Rusty Spotted Cat Lip Brush and some Mua Matte Lipstick in Lilac Belle,we are going to fill in the lips. Using our brush will ensure neat edging and an even coat of product.

If, like us, you can never have enough sparkle then now is the time to go ahead and embellish! We took some purple gems and applied them to the temples and outer corners of the eyes for that finishing touch. Put them in place with your Bella&Bear Pointed tweezers for a precise, fuss-free application and fix them in place with lash glue! Et, voila!

We also decided to add our silver wig to really set this look off and make the colours on the eyes super powerful! To prepare our hair for our wig we first brushed through it with our Bella&Bear the Bear Paddle brush to remove any knots or tangles and created a centre part.

We then braided both sections of hair and pinned the braids to the back of the head so they were nice and flat. We then popped on our wig and styled as desired!

You're ready to go and light up the night! You're sure to be a hit at any firework celebrations you attend!
