HALLOWEEN - Mavis Dracula makeup

Holy Rabies! Can you believe it's almost October?! We are so excited for Halloween, and today we're showing you how to get this adorable Mavis Dracula Makeup - straight outta Hotel Transylvania!

Lets start with the eyes for this look! We want them dark and smokey. So, first we need a good primer to lock those shadows in place and make them extra intense. We use the Kryolan eyeshadow primer here.

Next we take a matte aubergine shadow and pack it onto the lid using our Bella&Bear Jaguarundy brush.

To follow, we pick up our Bella&Bear Bornean Bay Cat brush and we use it to work a matte black shadow into the  outer corner of the eye, blending it slightly into the crease.

Lets line the eyes now. Taking our Bella&Bear Serval Angled liner and the Essence The Cushion liner we are drawing in a thin line along the upper lash line, bringing it to a slight cat eye flick.

Thinking about our lashes now, we are starting by curling them using our Bella&Bear Eye and Mighty Lash curler for lift. We lock that curl in with a coat of the Benefit They're Real mascara.

We are going to add a set of false lashes now, for extra cuteness. So we take our Bella&Bear Angled Tweezers and we use them to place a set of the Ardell Demi Wipies as close to the natural lash line as possible.

For our skin, we want it alabaster. We begin with a primer to mask the pores and make our base flawless. We are applying some of the Benefit porefessional over the face using our fingertips.

Now, lets go in with our foundation, we are mixing some Urban Decay Naked Skin with a little white face paint and working it over the face and neck with our Bella&Bear Jaguar angled kabuki. We work in outward strokes for a streak free finish.

Lets set that now. We are using a white setting powder but you could use translucent if you prefer. We are dusting the face with some MAC White foundation using our Bella&Bear Leopard face brush.

We then lock that in place with a spritz of the Revolution Oil Control Fixing spray.

Although we want a pretty cold skin, we are going to add a little matte purple blush just for a touch of clolour. We dust some Nars Sin Blush onto the highest points of the cheeks using our Bella&Bear Bobcat brush.

We are going to finish up on the eyes now. First using some NYX Jumbo Pencil in Black Bean to fill in the lower water line. Then, using our Bella&Bear Marbled cat brush we are using some more of that matte black shadow and just working it along the lower lash line, pulling it downward for a softer finish.

We are going to fill in the brows now. Mavis has very dark brows, so we are going to take some black face paint on our Bella&Bear Iberian Lynx brow brush and fill in the brows with a thin line.

Lets finish up with the lips now - we want that signature black pout just like Mavis! We are going to paint the lips using some Limecrime Black Velvet Velvetine on our Bella&Bear Rusty spotted cat lip brush. We also pop in some Vampire fangs here!

Of course, no Mavis look would be complete without her cute little bob! But first we need to hide our natural hair. We start by brushing through with our Bella&Bear Brush on You Detangler to keep it smooth and sleek.

Then, we make a tight braid on each side of the head and pin it to the back of the head as flat as possible.

Next we pull on our wig cap, and then our black Mavis wig! We add on some fishnet gloves and we're done!

She looks adorable! This look is simple to pull together but is perfect for all your Halloween festivities! Be sure to share your #bellaandbearbabes snaps with us over on Insta for a chance to be featured on our grid!
