'Naked Cherry' - Urban Decays New palette?

Just over a week ago Urban Decay announced that they would be discontinuing their ever popular and original Naked palette (boo!); news that could only be fixed by something big ... something like, a new release? And, in true UD fashion, our beauty prayers have been answered and our hearts mended with talk of a brand new, just-in-time-for-Fall palette. Say Hello to Naked Cherry ....

The Naked Cherry Palette popped up on the TrendMood insta account and fans were obviously pleased, as the post received over 76k likes in just a matter of hours! As with its predecessors, the Naked Cherry palette will hold 12 pans in a range of matte, satin and shimmer finishes - but this time with a very seasonal cherry-toned range of hues, from shimmering pinks and warm peaches to deep jewels. The shadows are housed in a delicious burgundy-chrome shell, emblazoned with 12 cute cherries!

👀SNEAK PEEK👀 Is this the latest new addition to the Naked family?? The @urbandecaycosmetics Naked Cherry palette 🍒 🍒 has been posted by a few accounts based in Thailand which appear to have the palette for sale 🤔. This instantly raises eyebrows for me - but is this legit? Like all Naked palettes the Naked Cherry 🍒 contains 12 satin , shimmer and matte shades. The description on the back of the box reads: "Naked Cherry is ripe for the picking with 12 all NEW sweet and tart cherry-hued shades - including shimmering pinks, warm peaches and deep burgundies. From Bang Bang a soft micro-sparkle pink (our go-to highlight shade) to Ambitious a deep metallic copper (our new favourite) and Drunk Dial (our weekend obsession) this forbidden fruit has everything you need to create an ethereal daytime looks to wildly seductive smoky eyes. With Cherry's fresh vibe it's like we are getting Naked for the first time". To me this description sounds exceptionally UD 🤷‍♀️. Plus there is a code on the back of the box where if you run this through a cosmetics calculator you can see the code matches up to those of UD and it states this palette was manufactured just last month (July 2018). Although, granted you can only see part of the code on the box the reminder of it was from an accounts description. To me it seems the Naked Cherry is ➡️ #ComingSoon ! There is no official information for the palette yet, but we think it will retail at around £39.50 as with previous Naked palettes, and we are betting it will drop pretty soon with its Fall-esque colour scheme!
