Springtime Bloom look

Spring is full of beautiful blooms; tulips, freesias, posies. As much as we love Christmas time it is so lovely to, once again, see a blanket of colour covering our world. Today's look is inspired by just that, and would be perfect for all of your Spring time socials!

We're starting with our eyes in this look, priming them with Kryolan eyeshadow primer from the lid to the brow bone. Working the product in with our ring finger to make a base for our shadows to grip onto and to make them pop more!

Next, we're using our Bella&Bear Sandcat brush to work a matte finish cream shadow over the lid and again up to the brow bone. This will even out the tone of the lid.

Lets take our Bella&Bear Jaguarundy brush now, and a light purple shadow - we're using the Revolution Mermaids Vs Unicorns palette here - and we work it onto the lid, building up the colour until happy.

To soften the edges of that purple we are going in with our Bella&Bear Bornean bay cat brush and just blending the edges outward.

Now lets add some sparkle, just like morning dewdrops on grass! We're spraying our Bella&Bear Golden cat brush with some Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray and using it to press some Iridescent purple glitter shards onto the centre of the lid (be sure you're using skin safe glitter here).

Lets line the eyes now for some definition. Taking our Bella&Bear serval angled liner brush and some ELF cream liner we are drawing in a thin wing along the upper lash line, but of course you can do whichever design you prefer!

Moving on to our lashes, we first curl them using our famous Bella&Bear Eye and Mighty lash curlers for ultimate lift and we lock that curl in place with a coat of the Benefit Rollerlash mascara.

To enhance them a little we are going in with our Bella&Bear angled tweezers and a pair of lightweight falsies. We are placing the Eylure naturals #3 falsies as close to our natural lash line as possible for a your-lashes-but-better look.

Now lets frame the eyes by lightly defining our brows. We're brushing the hairs through with the spoolie end of our Bella&Bear Iberian Lynx brow brush to shape them.

Then, using the brush end we work some Gerard Cosmetics brow bar powder through the hairs to fill in the brows and define the shape.

Let's also carve the brows out now to really define the shape. Using some Revolution Conceal and Define concealer and our Bella&Bear Ocelot brush we outline the brows with the concealer and blend it outward.

Its time to work on our base. First, we need to prime to make our skin poreless and flawless. We're working some Bodyshop Instablur primer over the face with our fingertips.

Now, we're going to apply a medium coverage foundation - we love the Revolution conceal and define foundation - and we are applying to the face and slightly down the neck using our Bella&Bear Jauguar angled kabuki, working in downward and outward streak for a streak free finish. We blend our foundation with a little L'Oreal illuminizer for a dewy glow to the skin.

Once that has settled we are going to disguise any blemishes for a fresh complexion. We're blending some  of that same concealer onto our problem areas using our Bella&Bear Ocelot concealer brush.

Lets set that concealer now to keep it from creasing and sliding. We want to keep our skin dewy for this look but you could set the whole face if you prefer a matte finish. We press some Laura Mercier translucent powder onto the concealer using our Bella&Bear Leopard face brush.

Now, lets finish working them eyes to make them really pop! We first go in with our Bella&Bear Marbled cat brush and that same purple shadow and we gently apply it to the lower lash line, pulling it downward to keep it soft.

We also want a really poppin' highlight so we are going in with a blue highlight here! Taking some Moon shadow from the BH Cosmetics Galaxy Chic palette on our Bella&Bear Margay brush, we press it directly into the inner corner of the eye.

Back to the complexion now. We want a darling flush to the cheeks so using our Bella&Bear Leopard face brush we are dusting the apples of the cheeks with a candy pink matte blush.

We're now going to spray our Bella&Bear Caracal eyeliner brush with some of that same Urban Decay setting spray and dip it into some ABH dipbow pomade. We then sporadically press it over the bridge of the nose and high points of the cheeks to give the impression of cute freckles.

We then dust over the freckles with our Bella&Bear Tiger brush to soften them for a more natural appearance.

For our final step we are going to fill in our lips! We are outlining them with a soft pink liner such as the Essence in Soft berry , and we then use our Bella&Bear Rusty Spotted Cat Lip Brush to paint the lips with some Gerard Cosmetics lipstick in Buttercup .
