Urban Decay Just announced 'Naked Heat Palette'

Just when we thought Urban Decay could no way out do their 2015 Naked Smoky palette they go and prove us wrong - not that we're complaining!

Right now, UD are readying to drop their fifth palette in the Naked capsule and we are super stoked to have gotten the lowdown on it. 'Naked Heat' has been inspired by the most trendy tones of 2017 - think Coppers, nudes, brick shades and pink nudes. In true Naked palette form it'll include 12 shades which UD themselves describe as an 'auburn-inspired, warm, steamy, sultry set of colors.". We're betting its gonna be perfect for those who love to stay on trend and for those who are on the hunt for a late summer/ autumn specific palette.

It looks like we can expect the same highly-pigmented, long-wear shadows we've come to know and love from the Naked palettes and this time the shade names are

  • 'Ounce' - a satin champagne
  • 'Chaser' - a nude clay
  • 'Sauced' - a warm taupe
  • 'Low Blow' - a toasted almond
  • 'Lumbre' - a burnt rose gold
  • 'He Devil' - a spicy paprika
  • 'Dirty Talk' - a fiery gold
  • 'Scorched' - a shimmering rust
  • 'Cayenne' - a baked brick
  • 'En Fuego' - a charred red
  • 'Ashes' - a deep oxblood
  • 'Ember' - a blackened copper

Personal faves are 'He Devil' and 'Ember'. Urban Decay say 'Heat was the most crafted, most artisanal of all of the Naked palettes. The highlight shade on the very far left, 'Ounce', is bright on the brow bone and illuminates the inner corners, yet still has that warmth to it, which is hard to achieve because those white shades tend to go a little blue or a little pink. So to really craft this one and get all the shades exactly right, there was a lot of work both technically and conceptually in this palette."

But, the excitement doesn't stop there! Because, Urban Decay are also launching a limited-edition 'mini Heat' collection, too. As well as the palette there will be three new Vice Lipsticks in shades 'Fuel' - a warm nude, 'Heat' - a metallic rust hue (swoon!) and 'Scorched' - a shimmery copper. There will also be two new 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencils in shades 'Alkaline' - a burgundy and 'Torch' - a burnt cayenne.

The palette will be priced at $54, the lipsticks will be $17 each and the Eye pencils will be $20 each. You can buy them through UrbanDecay.com on June 30th, but be quick - we predict these will fly off the shelves. Don't forget that your Bella&Bear Kitten Brush set would be the perfect partner for this palette too - and you can get 15% off of yours with code 'KITTEN15' in our online store right now!
